What we collect
- Contact form. When you ask about a website, we receive what you type: your name, business, phone, email and message.
- Chat assistant. The chat on this site is an AI assistant, not a person. To write each answer, your messages are sent to the AI service that powers it (Anthropic). Chat conversations are logged and kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. If you leave your name and phone or email in the chat, it comes to us by email so we can get back to you. Please don't type passwords, card numbers or ID numbers in the chat.
- Payments page. If you pay us, Zelle (your bank) or PayPal handles the payment. We see your name and the amount, never your full card or bank number.
- Server logs. Our hosting company keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
- Your browser. The site may remember your language choice (English or Spanish) in your own browser. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
Only to answer you, prepare your quote and build and look after the website you hire us for. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the business: our web host and email provider (Hostinger), the AI service behind the chat (Anthropic), and PayPal or your bank when you pay. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your choices

Children
This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
